Our company recently received a delegation of Pakistani clients for an on-site visit and professional technical communication, focusing on the in-depth docking of the overseas fly ash brick production project. During the visit, both sides had detailed and systematic discussions on the overall plant layout, construction drawing design, scheme optimization and practical production deployment. Combined with local site conditions, international building material specifications and solid waste treatment requirements in Pakistan, we revised and improved the project plan in detail, further standardizing the overall implementation scheme and providing solid technical support for the smooth progress of the cross-border project.
The project adopts our self-developed static pressure brick forming equipment to produce high-quality fly ash bricks. This advanced equipment features stable forming pressure, high finished product precision, energy efficiency and environmental protection, and large production output. It effectively realizes the resourceful reuse of fly ash, a common industrial solid waste, turning industrial waste materials into eco-friendly building products. Compared with conventional brick-making techniques, fly ash bricks produced by our static pressure molding technology boast higher structural strength, uniform specifications and superior product qualification rate. While improving production benefits, the technology effectively solves the environmental pollution problem caused by fly ash accumulation, perfectly conforming to the global development concept of green, low-carbon and sustainable building materials.
