The cooperative client is a long-term practitioner in the local building materials industry of Côte d'Ivoire. With the accelerated urbanization and growing infrastructure projects in the region, the market demand for high-quality permeable bricks, hollow bricks and standard block bricks has continued to rise. The client’s original old equipment could no longer meet production needs due to insufficient capacity, single product types and high labor costs, creating an urgent demand for an automatic, high-efficiency and multi-functional intelligent brick-making production line. The QT4-15 fully automatic brick production line launched in Côte d'Ivoire is a star product of Huatong Machinery. Adopting an integrated mechanical, electrical and hydraulic intelligent control system and equipped with a PLC intelligent touch control panel, the equipment features simple operation and stable running. The full-automatic cyclic operation greatly reduces labor input, with only 4 to 5 workers required for full-line production, effectively cutting operational costs. It adopts forced arch-breaking material distribution technology and high-frequency vibration molding system to ensure uniform and dead-angle-free material distribution, delivering bricks with high compactness and regular shapes and a nearly 100% finished product qualification rate. In addition, the equipment boasts strong compatibility. By replacing molds, it can flexibly produce various building materials such as hollow bricks, solid bricks, road permeable bricks and grass-planting bricks.
