The core QT8-15 host operates smoothly with synchronous high-frequency vibration and hydraulic pressurization; finished green bricks are automatically pushed out with pallets and sent to the full-automatic palletizing machine. Stacked bricks are transported to the constant-temperature curing area by trolleys.The finished product zone is filled with neatly stacked blocks with uniform size, high compactness and stable compressive strength, fully meeting Kazakhstan national construction inspection standards. In winter, the matched thermal insulation curing shed guarantees brick hardening quality, avoiding cracking caused by low temperature.

Daily maintenance work is simple: workers clean residual aggregates and apply anti-freeze lubricants after production. Huatong sets up a Central Asian spare parts warehouse, providing rapid supply of vibrators, hydraulic valves and mold accessories, with 7×24 hours remote online technical support to minimize downtime.
