It can form a complete simple production line with PLD1200 batching machine, JS750 mixer, 8-meter belt conveyor, stacker and other supporting equipment.

(3) High product consistencyOptimized power design with hydraulic vibration to reduce energy consumption. Computer-controlled vertical synchronous vibration enables frequency conversion: low-frequency feeding and high-frequency forming. The combined vibration of mold and table fully liquefies and densifies concrete within 2 to 3 seconds. A special material storage and distribution system with computer control and a unique arch-breaking device ensures fast and uniform material distribution. The products feature small strength deviation, high stability and low rejection rate.
(4) Intelligent electronic controlThe automatic operation adopts intelligent PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) control, equipped with a touch screen for inputting and storing process data, providing an ideal and flexible human-machine interface. The on-board detection and control system supports remote control and fault diagnosis.
(5) Reliable hydraulic systemWell-engineered and high-quality hydraulic components are matched with an optimized hydraulic system design. An independent integrated hydraulic station is adopted to avoid interference from host vibration and dust, ensuring stable and reliable operation.
