Record of Pakistani Clients’ Inspection on Fly Ash Brick Overseas Cooperation Project

Recently, clients from Pakistan paid a special field visit to our company for in-depth exchanges and discussions on the overseas fly ash brick cooperation project. During the inspection, both parties conducted detailed docking on the overall project layout, construction drawing optimization and design, and production process implementation. We refined every detail of the plan in combination with overseas site conditions, local building material standards and solid waste utilization policies, laying a solid foundation for the smooth implementation of the project.

This cooperative project adopts our company’s independently developed static pressure forming equipment for fly ash brick production. Leveraging the core advantages of the equipment including stable pressure, superior forming effect, energy conservation, environmental protection and high production capacity, it realizes the resource recycling of fly ash, a general industrial solid waste. Compared with traditional brick-making technologies, the fly ash bricks produced by our static pressure equipment feature higher strength, standard specifications and excellent qualification rate. Meanwhile, the equipment greatly reduces environmental pollution caused by accumulated solid waste, effectively turning waste into treasure and complying with the global development trend of green building materials.
