Guidance For Daily Maintenance Of Concrete Block Making Machine
Routine maintenance and management of concrete block molding machines are crucial for ensuring safe and stable production. The following are key points for daily maintenance of concrete block molding machines; please follow these guidelines:
1. Regular Lubrication: All gear reducers should be lubricated according to the specified schedule.
2. Bolt Tightening: Check all positioning bolts daily to prevent loosening that could affect equipment accuracy and safety.
3. Electrical Control System Maintenance: The electrical control cabinet requires daily maintenance and regular dust removal to ensure good heat dissipation and reliable contact of electrical components.
4. Vibration System Inspection: Regularly check the fixing bolts of the vibrator to prevent breakage due to uneven stress caused by loosening.
5. Transmission Component Lubrication: Ensure that the chains and gears of the mixer, conveyor, feeding cart, stacking machine, main machine, and batching station are well lubricated.
6. Gap Calibration: Regularly check whether the clearance between the components of the molding machine is normal and adjust it to the standard range in a timely manner.
7. Vibrator Oil Level Monitoring: Regularly check the vibrator oil level; the oil level should be such that oil just overflows from the screw hole. If oil leakage is found at the vibrator shaft or the upper oil seal of the vibrator, the machine must be stopped immediately for repair.
8. Wiring System Inspection: Regularly check the high and low voltage lines, paying particular attention to whether the terminals are secure and the insulation is intact.
9. Sensor Component Fixing: Regularly check the fixing screws of limit switches, sensors, and other components to prevent malfunctions or failures caused by loosening.
