Winter is the time for maintenance and upkeep of large cement brick making machines.  Workers must implement proper maintenance procedures to ensure the normal operation of the brick making machine. Using solid waste materials such as sand, tailings, fly ash, coal ash, and coal gangue for brick making has significant benefits in terms of environmental protection. When operating the equipment in winter, attention must be paid to cleaning and lubrication.  Some cement brick making machines operate in outdoor environments, and because the newly produced bricks are still in the curing stage, they cannot operate normally in rainy or snowy weather. Especially in colder regions, it is crucial to take precautions against the cold. Before winter arrives, prepare protective covers for large cement brick making machines. Movable parts should be disassembled and stored in a dry place. The gearbox should be covered with waterproof canvas to prevent snow from entering the equipment and causing rust; secondly, the molds should be removed and stored properly, preferably coated with anti-corrosion paint. Large-scale concrete block machines primarily rely on vibration and pressure for molding.  If the working environment is extreme, malfunctions may occur after prolonged operation. First, it's necessary to check and address any looseness in the vibration transmission device and its connections. Check if the upper and lower mold limit switches have shifted, and whether the limit switch blocks are secure; adjust them as needed. Any debris on the base plate should be cleaned thoroughly. Check if lubrication is being applied correctly according to the lubrication requirements. Check if the base bolts are loose. Check for any looseness in the vibration transmission components. During normal use of large-scale concrete block machines, whether in winter or summer, proper maintenance measures should be implemented. When selecting base plate materials, choose suitable materials based on the characteristics of the different types of blocks to ensure the integrity of the molded blocks.
