Concrete Block Making Machine
QT15-15 block making machine incorporates German frequency conversion technology into its vibration system, with the vibration motor controlled by a frequency converter. It offers significant advantages in production capacity, structural design, and automated control. The machine has a total weight of 25 tons and adopts a heavy-duty steel structure, maintaining extremely high mechanical stability under long-term high-frequency vibration. Its vibration frequency is 4200 r/min and the exciting force reaches 150KN. Combined with a heat-treated high-strength cast iron vibration table, it compacts the mixture to optimal density, ensuring high compressive strength and precise dimensions of the finished blocks.
Developed in-house by our company, the QT15-15 concrete block making machine is a specialized concrete brick production solution. By integrating advanced vibration-pressing and molding concepts from China and abroad, it overcomes the common problem of conventional machines being unable to shape lightweight or medium-density powdery materials, or failing to reach the required density.
