Brick Machine Sub Cartridge
Brick Machine Sub Cartridge is Our company independently developed and designed a highly intelligent, fully automated, wireless curing system. It consists of two mother carts and four sub-trolleys, replacing manual forklifts for brick unloading. After finished bricks emerge from the brick making machine, the sub-trolleys automatically enter the machine's brick holding rack, automatically pick up the finished bricks, and then transfer them to the mother cart. The mother cart then automatically transports the sub-trolleys carrying the finished bricks to the curing kiln according to a pre-programmed sequence. The sub-trolleys then automatically enter the kiln and travel to other kiln openings to pick up sub-trolleys that have already delivered finished bricks, allowing for the next round of brick unloading without waiting.
After the finished bricks in the curing kiln are cured, the sub-trolleys automatically transfer the cured bricks to the mother carts mounted at the other end. This fully automated kiln loading and unloading process saves customers money and improves production efficiency.
