The fully automatic cantilever wrapping baler operates in a "film-around-cargo" fashion. The operator places a fully loaded pallet of cargo in the center of the turntable, sets the packaging parameters (such as the number of wrapping layers and the number of top and bottom wraps), and starts the machine. The machine then operates according to the following process:
Turntable Rotation: The turntable carrying the cargo begins to slowly rotate.
Arm Lifting: Simultaneously, an arm equipped with a pre-stretched film holder rises and lowers at a constant speed within the cargo height range according to a pre-set program.
Film Wrapping: During this process, the film is pulled from a roll and passed through a pre-stretching mechanism, where it is stretched and thinned, significantly increasing film utilization. The film is then evenly wrapped around the cargo surface.
The entire process is fully automated, requiring no human intervention, resulting in a stable, neat, and moisture-resistant packaging unit.
