Hydraulic station is made up of hydraulic pump,hydraulic motor,hydraulic tank,hydraulic changeover valve,proportional valve,flow valve,water cooler and hydraulic pipes.	We use Germany Siemens brand PLC.PLC is control center for block making machine.

Concrete feeder is made of of movable feeder box,gear motor,hydraulic cylinder.There are 4 mixing shaft with blades.Concrete feeder feeds concrete into mould carvity.	Balance system of QT7-15Automatic Brick Machine includes two vertical shaft,two lateral shafts,four bearing and four racks.It can ensure all block in same height.
