· During operation, the electric motor drives a two-stage gear reducer. The two output shafts of the reducer drive two horizontal mixing shafts to rotate reversely at a constant speed via two pairs of open gears.
· The feeding system of the JS500 Twin Shaft Concrete Mixer includes a hoisting mechanism, feeding frame, hopper, feeding spout, and other components.
· The brake motor ensures the hopper stops reliably at any position under full load. The braking torque is adjusted by the large nut at the rear of the motor.
· The water supply system of the JS500 Twin Shaft Concrete Mixer is composed of a water pump, throttle valve, cleaning and spraying device.
· The throttle valve regulates the water flow rate, and the total water supply is adjusted by a time relay.
· The discharging system of the JS500 Twin Shaft Concrete Mixer consists of a discharge door, air cylinder, or hydraulic cylinder.
· Three control structures are available: hydraulic control, pneumatic control, and manual control.
· The discharge door is installed at the bottom of the mixer. Discharging is achieved automatically via an air cylinder or hydraulic cylinder.
· The electric control circuit of the JS500 Twin Shaft Concrete Mixer is equipped with an air switch, fuse, and thermal relay, providing short-circuit protection and overload protection.
· All control buttons, air switch handles, and indicator lights are mounted on the distribution box door, which is fitted with a door lock.
