The machine adopts four-pole-orientation and extended bushing to ensure movement of mould.
moulds,gears and shafts of the machine have heat treatment of quenching,boronizing,carburing.
vibrator box and vibration table of the machine is integrative and simultaneous.
The machine use siemens PLC,Chneider contatcor,Omron Sensors and Yuken hydraulics.
Automatic Concrete Block Making Machine is one small automatic model in our machine catagory.The model is QT5-15.QT5-15 have concrete feeding machine,pallet feeding machine,hydraulic system,electric control cabinet,main machine and wet block conveyor.There are two working options for the machine.One is automatic and another is manual.QT5-15 produce hollow block,solid block,paving block by hydraulic pressure and vibration.
