The mechanical gear and rack synchronous structure eliminates height deviation on both sides of the machine to stabilize block molding quality. It enables synchronous lifting with uniform stress, producing finished blocks free of delamination, missing corners and other defects to greatly reduce the reject rate. This structure offsets unilateral eccentric load, slows the wear of guide components and cylinder parts and reduces oil leakage failures.
