The strength of brick products made from solid waste aggregates by new cement brick machines is generally 30–60 MPa, with relatively low pressure during production; while products such as artificial stones, stone-imitation plates, PC stone-imitation products and curbstones made from solid waste aggregates start at 60 MPa in strength, thus requiring relatively higher pressure.

When using a mixer, it must be placed on a firm foundation and stabilized with brackets or support tubes instead of tires. Do not put hands or other debris within the working range of moving parts when the equipment is running;

Keep the area around the cement brick machine and its moving parts clean, especially free of flammable and explosive materials;

Operators must wear safety helmets when entering the production site, and shall not wear loose clothes or have long hair loose;

Employees in the raw material handling workshop shall wear masks for dust prevention;

In case of equipment failure, cut off the power immediately and shut down for maintenance, and activate the safety lock to prevent injury caused by cylinder sliding during maintenance;

The oil circuit is under high pressure, so the relief valve must be opened before maintenance to release pressure naturally and prevent injury from high-pressure hydraulic oil ejection;
