The static-pressed brick machine utilizes high-pressure static-pressing technology, unlike traditional vibration-pressing technology, resulting in more uniform and dense bricks.

High Product Strength: The molding pressure typically reaches 15-30 MPa, far exceeding that of conventional brick machines. The bricks produced have higher compressive and flexural strength and are less prone to breakage.

Smooth Appearance: The pressing process eliminates severe vibration, resulting in highly accurate and smooth bricks. No additional polishing is required for direct use, reducing subsequent processing costs.

2. Raw Material Adaptability Advantages: Low Cost and Resource Utilization

This production line offers a wide range of raw material compatibility, significantly reducing procurement costs while also enabling solid waste recycling.

A wide range of raw materials: It can accommodate industrial solid wastes such as fly ash, coal gangue, construction waste, and tailings, as well as traditional raw materials such as clay and shale. The solid waste blending ratio can reach over 80%. Lower Production Costs: Utilizing a large amount of low-cost solid waste to replace high-cost clay reduces raw material transportation and procurement costs, aligning with national circular economy policies.

Compared to traditional fired brick production lines, static-pressed brick production lines offer significant environmental and energy advantages, making them easier to pass environmental approvals.

No Sintering Pollution: Utilizing a "pressing + curing" production process, the system eliminates the need for kiln construction and firing, fundamentally eliminating pollutants such as dust and sulfur dioxide generated during the sintering process.

Lower Energy Consumption: By eliminating fuel consumption during the firing phase, total energy consumption is only 1/3-1/2 of that of traditional fired brick production lines, resulting in significant energy cost savings over the long term.

High Automation: Automates the entire process, from raw material mixing to forming, stacking, and curing, reducing manual intervention. Fast product switching: Standard bricks, hollow bricks, permeable bricks, curbstones and other building materials of different specifications can be produced by replacing the mold without large-scale adjustment of equipment, which is more flexible to adapt to changes in market demand.
