Raw Materials of QT5-15 Brick Making Machine

The QT5-15 brick making machine with German frequency conversion technology generally uses stone powder, fly ash, furnace slag, ore slag, crushed stone, sand, water and other materials as raw materials.

It efficiently uses fly ash, furnace slag, stone powder, desulfurization ash, ore slag, coal gangue, phosphogypsum, tailing sand and other materials to produce new wall materials, such as autoclaved fly ash bricks, autoclaved sand-lime bricks, aerated concrete products, etc. It is also applied to the production of high-content fly ash sintered bricks, coal gangue sintered bricks, stone powder bricks, construction waste bricks, household incineration residue bricks, waste soil bricks, various blocks, and comprehensive utilization of desulfurization gypsum from power plants. It is the preferred choice for large-scale, automated and modern waste-recycling brick production lines.
Brick making with fly ash, tailing sand, desulfurization ash, furnace slag, ore slag, stone waste, calcium carbide residue, phosphogypsum and other wastes achieves a waste utilization rate of over 90%. Each production line can consume nearly 100,000 tons of solid waste per year, with high product quality (strength ≥ 20Mpa) and low cost. By replacing molds on the main equipment of the production line, it can produce porous bricks and hollow blocks of different specifications.

  1. Adopting advanced German block machine technology, the machine is solid and stable, with a weight 30% higher than domestic models of the same output, and features remarkable shock absorption effect.

  2. Equipped with a computer control system and LCD touch screen for parameter adjustment, together with data input and output devices to realize human-machine interaction.

  3. The computer control system is equipped with a self-locking function: the next action cannot be executed if the previous one is not in place, preventing misoperations and equipment damage. Remote fault diagnosis can be realized via telephone line.

  4. The machine body adopts thick-walled square tubes and extra-long guide sleeves, ensuring firmness, shock resistance and precise movement of the press head.

  5. Extremely low center of gravity, with the vibration table 486mm above the ground, ensuring 90% of residual vibration is transferred to the ground and prolonging service life.

  6. Excellent synchronization. Adjustable synchronous swing arms are installed on both the press head and demoulding frame, ensuring the error of pressing and demoulding within ±1mm.
