Working Principle
A weighing hopper is installed under the storage hopper to measure sand and stone aggregates. Discharge ports are arranged at the bottom of aggregate bins and controlled by pneumatic butterfly valves. Aggregates fall into the weighing hopper for measurement, then conveyed to the standby bin of the concrete mixer via belt conveyor. All proportioned materials are finally delivered into the mixer for stirring.
