The JS1000 twin-axle forced concrete mixer consists of components such as feeding, intense mixing, unloading, water supply, electrical systems, covers, chassis, and support leg gears. The JS1000 concrete mixer features spiral blade arrangements on two mixing shafts, creating a space-filling, intermittent helical belt structure that generates three-dimensional mixing effects along both radial and axial directions. This allows for the formation of combined actions such as pushing, rubbing, and squeezing on the material, enabling the achievement of high-uniformity mixing results with minimal time and energy consumption. It is suitable for mixing various types of concrete, including workable, rigid, lightweight aggregate concrete, and various types of mortar.

![]() | Low energy consumption and noise level; fully automatic control; lining plates feature a trapezoidal design; blades made of highly wear-resistant alloy and wear-resistant cast iron to prevent the mixing of powder from sticking to the shaft. The mixing process is fast and uniform. |
It can be equipped with a planetary gear reducer or a spur gear reducer. Planetary gears: transmission via a belt, which prevents damage to other components. Spur gears: transmission through the impact force of the gears, allowing for the generation of significant power to drive the machine. | ![]() |
![]() | Thickened solid shaft: Adopts a stainless steel thickened solid shaft design, featuring enhanced rigidity and torque transmission capacity for more uniform, efficient mixing. The corrosion-resistant stainless steel and thickened solid structure ensure durability, withstanding heavy loads to maintain stable mixing performance. |
The feeding method is flexible, allowing for either a hopper or a belt feeder to be used. The configuration is adaptable, resulting in cost savings and the ability to meet the diverse needs of different customers. | ![]() |
![]() | The unloading system is fully automated, controlled by a hydraulic system. It can achieve different unloading speeds. Compared to conventional pneumatic systems, it features compact design, smooth operation, precise door positioning, and the ability to manually open the door.. |
The water supply system consists of motors, pumps, throttle valve cleaning devices, and spray pipes. The pump delivers water through the throttle valve to the spray pipes. The throttle valve can be adjusted to regulate the flow of water. | ![]() |
