(1) Equipped with a PLC central control system, it realizes automatic and intelligent operation of the entire production process including automatic mixing, feeding, pressing and forming. It can produce 4 hollow bricks or 26 standard bricks per mould cycle.

(2) The main body is manufactured with reinforced steel, special welding technology and high-quality materials. It adopts imported motors, sealing parts and some hydraulic components, featuring firm structure, shock resistance, stable and reliable overall equipment performance.

(3) It adopts a four-rod guiding structure and extended guiding sliding sleeves to ensure accurate movement of the pressing head and mould, and is equipped with an upward synchronous device.

(4) It uses large hydraulic cylinders specially designed for heavy-duty machinery, with upper and lower pressing and strong vibration. The produced load-bearing blocks can reach a compressive strength of 20 MPa, featuring high density and accurate dimensional tolerance. It is especially suitable for customers mainly producing perforated bricks and standard bricks.

(5) Two models of brick stackers are available for optional configuration.

(6) Wide applicability and multi-function in one machine. It can not only produce concrete blocks, but also blocks made from fly ash, slag, mineral residue and other raw materials. By replacing different moulds, it can manufacture various specifications of wall bricks, standard bricks, hollow bricks, perforated bricks and more.
